At just a few days old, we begin Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI).  Throughout the weeks, their growth and development is guided by early socialization protocols including elements of Puppy Culture and Avidog. I aim to expose them to as many sights, sounds, and textures to assist them in becoming well-rounded and confident adult dogs.

Our puppies are raised in the home and are exposed to the commotion of daily life.  They have an indoor play area and have their own outdoor yard.  Puppies have various toys and obstacles to navigate, explore, and play.  Potty- and crate-training foundations are introduced to puppies well before they venture off to their new homes.

 

Puppies will have their cheeks swabbed and sent off for genetic diversity analysis via Better Bred. They will also have their first CAER (eye) exam by a veterinary ophthalmologist.  These results are submitted to OFA.

Puppies are dewormed and will receive their first vaccines at their 8-week vet check.  Our puppies will NOT have their front dewclaws removed.  All puppies will be microchipped and have their chips registered through AKC ReUnite.  Puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club.

To get them started in their new homes, all puppies are sent home with a welcome bag that includes relevant paperwork, health records, a toy and blanket with their mom and siblings' scent, puppy food, treats, collar, and leash.

Even after they leave the nest, I am always available to answer questions and offer support and/or advice for the lifetime of my puppies.  There is no question too stupid or update too small.  I thoroughly enjoy receiving updates and hearing what my puppies are up to in their new homes.
